| After teaching Family & Consumer Science (Home Ec) for a few years I decided it was time for a change!! After moving to Sheridan,Wyoming from Amarillo,Texas, I taught ProStart® , which is a National Restaurant Association Food Service program, in Sheridan and really enjoyed preparing and serving food for people to enjoy. When my family relocated to the Colorado area, I took the opportunity to attend Culinary School. In May of 2005, I graduated from Johnson & Wales University. After doing my internship in the Roaring Fork Valley near Aspen, Colorado, I began working at a local hotel. At that time, Jay (my husband) and I began thinking about what would be fun to do in the Food Service Industry, and decided having a mobile kitchen would be great, as it would allow us to travel anywhere and prepare a meal or meals for people. Our kitchen is a converted camping trailer (called a Toy-Hauler) that was originally built to haul 4-wheelers around. With the ability to handle additional weight it is perfect to handle my TOYS that include a smoker, 4-burner range, convection oven, freezer, 2 coolers and a warmer/proofer. We also have a large grill that we can roll out of the trailer to prepare your steaks or burgers "just like you want 'em!" We are able to travel anywhere and prepare a meal or meals for customers...including:
We are currently licensed in Colorado and Kansas and in Oklahoma! Give us a call! We would love to come your way and prepare one or two meals for you and your guests! Sincerely, Coleen Bradley |
